The Pyr Guards, investigating the disappearances of several homins from the town, have so far been baffled by the actions of the Southgate Snatcher. Recently, upon discovery of a body in the narrow streets, the situation has taken a turn for the worse. In a gruesome reminder of the Southgate Snatcher’s utter lack of morality, the poor man in question was found to be in a deep coma, stuck between life and death.

Other victims suspected to be part of the same string of crimes are: Xyrila Aedon, Bile and most recently Rosine Antosi.

Sergeant Ulyros, who is leading the investigation into these disappearances, had the following to report on the latest kidnapping:

“Rosine Antosi of Yrkanis worked in the great Pyr imperial hall as a maid. Yesterday, she set off home after a long day’s work but unfortunately never reached the safety of her dwelling.

This morning her supervisor sent word to the Pyr guard that she has apparently disappeared without trace, having failed to report for work. Her apartment is located in Dexton Street and when we traced the route she used to return home, we found items of torn clothing which her supervisor later confirmed to be her maid’s uniform.”
