Is this possible to make "system" Ring?

By system I mean Ring scenario done by game designer which does not need ring creator player presents to run it.

Point here is to be able to prepare number of ring scenarios always in the Ring listing which
players may enter any time without Ring creator running it.

System Rings still would be temporary and exists only when somebody playing it but
should always be listed and available to start.

Please let me know if such functionality is possible now with some configuration work OR it needs
code changes to support it?

it be possible anything is possible but not sure how much work would be required. I think if they can get this to work then they prob can do many other things with the ring.

I think the Ring is one the coolest things about ryzom.

I would appreciate answer from Ryzom core developer with information if it is possible with current engine and if not suggestion how it could be programmed in.
