How to compile NeL with make_all

Some files have been removed from Mercurial repository.

Some of you could have error using make_all to buil NeL.

Edit .../code/nel/include/nel/misc/Makefile.am
Remove cpu_info.h

Do the same for all missing files.

Resume NeL compilation.

You might be obliged to clean and configure manually from .../code/nel
