Open Shard: constant packet losts ?

For the few minutes I was on the Open Shard, I constantly had packet losses. I am in Canada. Does anyone else have this problem and where are you from ?

We need someone to investigate if this is due strictly to tester's location or due to server's performance/connection.

I had the same problem, a few days ago. So i think your internet connection is not the reason.
