Where I can find description of native function giveRewardTo_sc_?

I checked code.html file but there is no info how to use giveRewardTo_sc_ function.

Is there any document how to use it?

I want to know how to:

- give item as reward
- give money as reward
- give skill XP as reward

Also question is if I can set up skill XP reward to be given to highest skill from magic/fight.

In other words XP reward should be given to highest skill but only from magic or fight tree (not for craft, harvest)
