Errors at the first start of the "shard"

Hello,

I have build a Ryzom core on a Ubuntu 10.04 with all "Guides" for it.
When the shard start, it got me some errors with the message "Press ENTER to relaunch"

The first error is : "cp: the target 'welcome_service_default.cfg' is not a directory" just after "Press ENTER to launch"

More messages occur after that, but probably because the first one appear.

Some one have a idea ?

I'm getting exactly the same problem.

Here is a screenshot containing some of the errors (there are many more and it loops):
