Working locally now the Internet

Hiya, first of all I would like to thank everyone that supply these great guides!

I feel silly asking this because it is a rather simple question but anyway.
How do I make the server launch to watch IP i want rather than localhost/192.168.x.x?

Done myself, was stupid question really.

Ports Opened:
TCP 41292 - 51008
UDP 47851 - 47851
ALL 40916 - 40916

and used no-ip.
