Where exactly is the folder LIB?

In VC+ Directories+ we have to add the line:

x:\ryzom\code\nel\lib (x meaning your drive letter).

But there's no lib folder inside of x:\ryzom\code\nel\

Where do I get this folder with the required files?

I downloaded the source 3 times already and there's no such folder in there.

Can someone please clarify this for me?

Create the code/nel/lib directory. This is the folder that will contain the compiled NeL libraries.
