In-Game Customer Support Tool Missing.

When someone clicks on the Help icon, and then click Support..
A box comes up and it says:

Customer Support..

Customer Support Tool is not active on this shard <302>

Hmm am I missing something here? or do I have to make my own Support Tool?

A year and no reply..

Either way, anyone knows anything about the CS Tool?

You have to add your own.
