Can't log on to open shard

When I try to log onto open.ryzom.com I receive error Invalid Account.

I have clicked connect 4 times, each time receiving a different error as the account is created.

I become stuck at this final error.

I have tried several different username/password combinations.

Which client did you use ?

You can only connect on the open shard with that client:

About 2 or 3 months ago, an official patch has been apply.
Since then the messages' format (between the client and shard) has changed.
The 2nd client works with the new format.
