[FIXED] Cannot get file from pd 'characters/***/account_******_*_pdr.bin'

Hiho!

I guess this bug might originate from the latest server problems, though I might be wrong on that.

The error I am reporting ony appears with certain characters.

The error itself occurs when retrieving the character's (full) XML using the API (http://atys.ryzom.com/api/character.php?key=). Instead of a normal error message or any XML at all it says: >>Cannot get file from pd 'characters/***/account_******_*_pdr.bin'<< I replaced the numbers with * since it might not be wanted to display that information in public here.

The character is:
7901634: Chelsea / Leanon

Can you retry? I did some tests and it seems to work.

hi!

thx for looking at the problem. unfortunately there seems to be no change. It will still report the error when trying to get the xml for:

Chelsea / Leanon
Kajalee / Arispotle

could it be that the characters no longer exist?

I get the error, both on my browser as well as on my server that fetches the data automatically...

Fixed, Now if the character is not found, it returns a valid xml error you can parse.
