[FIXED] Banner last seen status incorrect

Hi,

the banners gotten from http://atys.ryzom.com/api/banner.php show the "last seen" incorrectly.

Instead of a date/time of last login, everybody's banners now show them being "Online" (even when not online), see http://forums.ryzom.com/showthread.php?p=465647

We fixed the problem, should work now!
