(solved)can't open file ..\continents\newbieland\newbieland.land?

when i first use worldedit and follow the "http://dev.ryzom.com/wiki/ryzom/UseWorldEditor" .when i open the file i get message "can't open file ..\continents\newbieland\newbieland.land" . why? thanks for help:)
