Cant't swim in the water

Hi,
I have created the water pool in my new landscape in ryzom core.
In the game, I could see the water pool,but when player walked into the water,he could not swim in the water,and he walk on the tiles under water.
I debug the client code,I guess there's someting wrong in rbank,or lose some data when build rbank by the tools build_game_data(pipeline) with python.
Who can help me with this problem?
