Missing left sidepanel in Encyclopedia

Description

When accessing in game help through Encyclopedia, the right-hand panel shows the text, but the left-hand panel is blank and offers no navigation (as hinted in the right-side panel).

Also 'log.log' does not show anything on this issue.
