I really don't think I’m ever going to get around to completing my picture, so I figured that I may just as well show it as it is... I've had it in development for ages now, well over a year I would think, but when I got around colouring the eye I was stuck working out what it was I wanted to do. And in the end I just gave up.
Several months later I tried to work on it again, and ended up colouring the neck and part of the leg but overall I wasn't too pleased and stopped working on it for good this time.

As for the reason why I originally started drawing it.. Well, while I enjoyed ryzom as a karavan player there was something about the kami art style which I found very intriguing. They were very alien like, but at the same time most had humanoid traits and featured various atys like elements, organic, etc. I guess they just interested me alot. :D
so anyway, the idea for this version was that while playing all you ever see is kami either waiting around or blasting stuff.. so i figured there must be some kami out there somewhere with the single goal of preserving our world, and after using my rubber a whole lot to alter and change my drawing I eventually settled with this one.

And since I’m here, this is also a picture inspired by ryzom's art. I think it’s from around the summer of 2004, at this point I had not seen any najab either (purple bumps).

And these, 1 - 2 - 3, were drawn for a different game but I drew inspiration from ryzom at the time. And you can find some quick doodles here, here and here.

Keep up the great work everyone. :) There are so many talented people within our community.

I'd love nothing more than to finish it, but I started it such a long time ago and since then I feel as though I’ve lost the vision I once had for it. Kind of like writers block I guess.

Kulito! :D When will you finish that kami instead of saying the same thing over and over...! It's good to see that you finally show it here (and to see you back too ^^)
