Trial unsubscription
I have completely failed to make the trial work in any way and would like to cancel it to avoid paying for it. But I haven't recieved an activation mail with my password, and all mail i send to billing-ee@ryzom.com gets bounced. I just really wont pay 25 E for a game i have never played and will not be able to.

Re: Trial unsubscription
Have you gone into your Profile Account Management and tried to unsubscribe? You may have to delete the cached files in your browser to see all the links.

Re: Trial unsubscription

Chances are that the mail is in your Junk or Spam folder. If not, then I would say you must have entered the wrong email address. If the mail is not there then email billing-ee@ryzom.com to get things straightened out. |

Re: Trial unsubscription
Thanks, I will. Only now I HAVE been charged money for a game i never played and have uninstalled. I'm getting pretty pissed off at this.

Re: Trial unsubscription
And of course, NOW the forgotten password thing works. Argh!

Re: Trial unsubscription
You should contact your credit card company and block the transfer of money as merchandise was not delivered.

Re: Trial unsubscription
I just did and I don't think I have valid argumentation to prove I haven't recieved the product, and it is not just me who is a screw-up that can't type my email adress right. I have written to the support adress you gave me and have recieved a place in the line waiting for help.
I don't know, maybe I should just download the game again anf try and see if I can play it just this month, to get something for my money. |
