Does that mean we'll soon have Akenak elections here just like on Aniro ? If so, I want to participate ! (And that will give me some motivation to log in.)

sort of a fyros parliament i believe, i've read up in french, and as far as i understand it the fyros have an emperor, below him a senate and below that the akenak, who deal with every day life and views of the Fyros race on other races and such.

Exactly, the Fyros-Akenak is the rough equivalent of the "House of Commons" in Britain. So, you´ll too get a Player-"Government" soon (tm) ;) :D

Probably the Tryker-Taliar and the Matis Nobles-Convent will follow :)

As to the Zorai, I don´t speak French so I dunno what´s in store for us there, probably some kind of "Wise men council", or something.

Elected by "who can remain in meditation the longest" ;) :p

So how would you describe our Nobles' Council in Matia, Acri? As an equivalent to the House of Lords? ;)
