		Greetings! Having done all the downloads online, and then using the trial activation I proceeded to log in to the game when it asked me for my payment information. 
	I have put it in several times, and keep getting refused. Not declined (though that wouldn't happen) just refused. The email I get from Ryzom is to re-enter the information again on Bibit...and I have, and it's not working. Any help is appreciated! Natalyia  |

		Can you explain in detail what happens, after you entered your Username and Password in the client?
