checked the Juryz both logs again.... configurator does not run because of wrong version of msvcrt or mfc42 (in dll overrides it must read 'msvcrt' and msvcrt.dll must be in Ryzom or windows/system32 directory). mfc42/msvcp60 overrides are not neccessary because wine does not have own versions of thoese two.
didnt notice it before, but game seems to halt (it should give error eventually) because client.cfg seems to be reset and game tries to connect to old servers. this
client.cfg should help in that case.
