Loading time/character switching:
Either reduce the amount of time it takes to log in (like cutting out the several-seconds-long Nevrax splash screen at the beginning...we already know who made Ryzom
), or make it easier to switch between characters without having to exit the game, start it up again, etc.
Right now, logging in/out/relogging just takes way too long. I linkdie after teleporting often, and every time that happens I have to relog completely. During that time I can go and eat dinner or something...
