That is not quite true. I'll
link to the thread earlier. I'll summarize too. If you join an Adventure Mastered scenario, the Adventure Master had it on their machine when they published.
If you want to utilize a masterless scenario, someone has to download and publish the scenario and then the people join them.
The other note is that the scenarios are very small files. So it will actually not take much space.
