Sorry to say but your going to have to download it again, your downloads corrupted at some stage
If you get the message when installing theres a way round it, but your getting it at extraction point for which theres no workaround other than a fresh download im afraid
WinRAR is a very common extraction program and is nothing to worry about
If you dont have it on a system you should get it anyway :P
