I also have a question about this. Do u guys even look at server balance and stuff like that when agreeing to this? I mean all the Kami from Cho could go to Aris (oooo sweat dreams :P ) or some1 from Aris with many masters and good stuff could go Cho.

Basicly the question is: what is ur policy in allowing some1 to transfer?
