I imagine that you've now found out then, that there are no roleplaying servers - Ryzom's soon-to-be four servers are divided by language.
The Ryzom community is generally very rp-friendly and casual; most anyone you talk to in character will usually respond in kind. You might like to contact some of the High-RP listed
