In my opinion, I did not choose Kami. I just am Kami.
But also i do find it worrying that the Karavan choose to conceal their appearence. I know they wear bio-suits to be able to stay on atys but they dont have to conceal there faces imo. (if they conceal there faces what else are they concealing) And yes i know that there are also certain things about the kami which cause doubts. I dont see either side as evil or good both are a sort of grey area in the middle. and tbh i do not think it really matters which side we "choose". i dont limit myself to only playing with kami and i hope i dont get excluded just because i am kami(which i am pretty sure im not
