Ryzom - View Single Post - Vista hang on loading after character selection

I'm having the same problem (I'm also on Vista x32). However, after a few more tries at launching the game, my ryzom client executable has now stopped working altogether, and crashes as soon as I try to run it.

I have done all that was suggested in the thread about firewall/router problems.
