Gotta respect the diversity of gaming styles that people have.
Not everyone enjoys exploration without having an immediately visible and clear goal (and a sense of reward). And the fact that someone doesn't enjoy 'smelling the roses' as we do doesn't automatically make them bad and evil powerlevelers that will spoil our gameplay.
And yeah, having Rites broken and incomplete, with those that are actually implemented being almost purely crafting/foraging missions requiring different crafting skills that people might not have, is not motivating anyone to even try them. I think making the rites more accessible and advertised in a ways such as this is generally a good step.
