The flyover text for Quality relating to 1h swords (and other melee weapons) is incorrect.
It reads "Your skill level must be at least equal to this level to be able to use the item".
That's incorrect. Should read "You will make optimal use of this item at this skill level" or something like that.

Same error also with amps.
