I apologize for a question and bad english in advance. Record on war now only under the consent of all players of a server is made? Or it solves attacking? If decides attacking to attack or not and when, what claims from csr against my attacks? Has reconsidered CoC once again, anywhere has not found a mention restrictions for a while and frequency of attacks having found.

hammer the attack all you want (or wallet allows), BUT if you dont bring enough firepower to take the outpost (guards+players), then people get upset and start calling them false attacks.

Excessive declaring with nobody showing up can be considered harassement.
As you are forcing players to be there even if you don't show up.

so, i must asking all around, who will be there for defence if i will attack in saturnday xx:xx gmt, check my firepower to take outpost (guards+that players)... and only after that declare op-war?.. =) its silly...

in other mmorpg that is not harassement... that is war tactic... but if i see good answer from csrs, why in ryzom guilds cannot attack outposts for create confusion in camp of the opponent (or in other purposes), maybe i will be agree with your reasons... i dont see anything, why @false attacks@ and @dont bring enough firepower@ = @Breach of CoC@...

part of me agree's with norb simply because op wars have 2 rounds and thus the defender can organise and fight the 2nd round on their own terms should they not be able to make the 1st round. However the no show attacks "tactic" has been abused in the past and its crap to be on the wrong side of it.

I would say this is a matter of individual opinion unenforced by the CoC, from my time in game I've noticed those who do use this tactic tend to lose support quickly over time.

As a member of a guild and an alliance that has been on the receiving end of multiple 'fake attacks' (often at lame times & dates) over the years, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the CSR team for the tougher stance they've taken on this issue in recent months.

I'm not sure what the exact definition of a 'fake attack' should be, but when one or two people show up to attack high level outposts(150+) it's blatant harassment in my book. It's not like it'd even be possible for them to take the guards alone for the consecutive rounds required, never mind any extra defenders!

Why not once a year? Or for example once every seven years?
But how wonderful and quiet it will be.

Moreover, no one forced people to come to the defense, each came on their own will. And they know about what forces are likely to be opposed. And in the end they have offended. It turns out that they offended themselves arriving for defence... logical? Then why do they come?

Or maybe they thought that NH hired 150 chinese farmers, mastered them in one week and will punish all server? (By the way I am more and more inclined to this idea. Incidentally this also violates CoC?)

The Arispotle server and the CSR team have used common sense in the past regarding general gameplay behaviour and rules, but lately we have had increase requests to post some sort of guidelines similar to the French server.
I will therefore post a translation in the near future, alas with all lists of "rules" there will be debate so it will still be left to the discretion of your CSR team for final rulings.

WAR'S HAVE NO RULES IF YOU DONT LIKE OUTPOST WAR'S THEN DONT OWN A OP AND DONT TURN UP TO DEFEND OR ATTACK.
