Crash to Bug Report: HELP

I had this problem a while ago and I thought I fixed it by changing some settings in the ryzom configuration tool but after the patch, my problem has come back. I constantly seem to crash with a bug report like this:





Access Violation exception generated at 0xA3E3E5, thread attempts to read at 0x413B8208.
The thread attempted to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.
