Can't Extract Files... =(

Hey, i'm really ready to start playing Ryzom now... but when the download finished, i go and try to extract. Then I get this error

"The archive is either in unknown format or damaged"

I use an extractor called WinRAR, i got it for some odd reason and now I can't seem to remove it, but that's another story.

Are there any reapair downloads or something along the lines of patches? I sure can't seem to find them.

Sorry to say but your going to have to download it again, your downloads corrupted at some stage If you get the message when installing theres a way round it, but your getting it at extraction point for which theres no workaround other than a fresh download im afraid

WinRAR is a very common extraction program and is nothing to worry about If you dont have it on a system you should get it anyway :P

well, thank you for your help... guess it's off the 8 hour download again... Seems to me it'd be hugely useful if they... dare i say it? Get a patch to repair the files?

Try downloading via the torrent, less chance of corruption then.
