Client wont launch

Well i logged off earlier today and when i tried to log back on later it would get past char selection to the load up screen and it would get to the very last bar and stop. i let it sit for over 10 minutes and it didnt load. restarted comp and still the same. anyone else experience this ? will a reinstall fix it ?

When you logged off did you exit the game or just log to character select screen?
As there was a patch today it would be necassary to completely exit the game as it will be requiring to be patched.
you might also try a pc reboot before you try reinstalling
