Re: Problem after Problem
The cd's you have are unfortunately extremely outdated and i would be surprised if anyone got them to run in all honesty,
the solution to this is to download the new client installer avaliable here http://www.ryzom.com/newcomer/game-download allow the patching process as normal and you should have no issues returning to game. another thing to remember is to uninstall any previous versions of Ryzom and to delete instalation folders before installing the new version |

Re: Problem after Problem
I have allready downloaded from this site twice, each time i download a corrupted file and on installation this message appears.
'The Archive is either in unknown format or damaged Cannot open C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\Desktop\ryzom-installer_060928.exe' and the installation program quits there after. I have also Uninstalled previous outdated client to save any conflicting problems before hand. Am getting tired waiting 2 hours per download attempt |

Have you tried using a download manager? The problem is that large files often get corrupted when using a web browser to download. All of the GameForge servers linked to the client download support resume and using a download manager greatly lessens the chance that you will get a corrupt download. There are many free download managers available so I'll not recommend one. Hope this helps!

Re: Problem after Problem
It is Curious though you say and all other people say the client should be 1.8g
but from the site it's 1.69g clearly not what everyone is talking about ? |
