i havent played this game in months....i havent payed a monthly fee in months.....i log into my airforce bank account and see that "saga of ryzom" has started taking 15 dollars a month again...im military and on a fixed income. this little mistake of yours has caused a string of bounce checks and fees.

Furthermore, if your raking money then why is my acount inactive? and how come i can log into the forums but not my account management to make the changes to clean up your sloppy mess.

i expect to get my money back for a game i cancelled on TWICE now....this is absurd.
