Very minor issue: No tattoos

Is anyone else having these problems? I rarely see any tattoos on other characters ... I play often with my brother, whose character has tattoos, but most of the time I can't see his, and he can't see mine. This is true of both the Trykers and Zorai on my computer, and probably the others.

I can see my own tattoos fine though and he can see his. We have the same kind of computer.

Anyone know what the problem is, or experiencing the same thing?
