tell window bugs
already got told that the tell window bugs which came with the ring (or you actually get when using a ring or the editor) where you then find tell windows in the center of the screen, unmovable and tought to read if at all.
question is will there be a fix to this, i know it can be fixed with deleting the interface_character.icfg problem is that all landmarks are also in that file, so cant delete that. is pretty annoying that (new) people cant /tell me anymore, well they cant but i cant reply. or.. is there a known way getting landmarks from old to the new file ? |

Quote:
"copy/paste" your current config, rename it interface_character_flags.icfg rename another _noflags.cfg. Delete the current one and it can replace the "noflags" file and you have the other for when ya wanna play. |

Re: tell window bugs
Did you open a support ticket for this problem already?
I had the situation once, and a relog solved it for me. After that I could move and resize the window again.

Re: tell window bugs
I have the same problem, with one person's tell window. I've relogged countless times since it began, with no improvement.
- The tell window is stuck in the center of the screen at default (tiny) size. - I can't bring the window into focus, hence I can't resize it or click any buttons on it. I also can't type into it unless I type the /tell command into another chat window. - Can't close it except by hitting ESC, which sometimes means closing all the other tells first. - The tell window appears upon every login, and disappears if the particular person is not online at the time.

Re: tell window bugs
yeah, was hoping it might be a fix there with this patch.
CSR i talked that about said this issue being adressed soon. Seems it wasnt yet. And of course i could backup my ifg file and use a blank one when i dont need my markers (dont dig in this case) but i do that every day. can't we mail our icfg to nevrax and they fix em for us? imo the best is to have the markers stored in a seperate file. |

Re: tell window bugs
