Arrow Install Issues

Hi, I jus recently downloaded the freetrial and I've installed everything, updated, ect. When it comes up to "relaunch" the game after all that I get a runtime error. "Program: C:Program Files\Ryzom\client_ryzom_rd.exe." Thats all it sayes. How can I fix this?

I still haven't fixed this problem. I've deleted and redownloaded the game 3 times now and it still does the same thing. Any help would be very helpful.

When you relaunch the EXE file gets replaced. Some antivirus/firewall software will take issue with that and think that a virus is trying to infect something. You may want to disable your AV while patching just in case.

At what point is the client crashing? Right after relaunch and before you can log in? Or after you log in? If it is after logging in then you may have video initialistion problems. Try running the game configuration instead and lower your settings.

If you crash again send the log.log file to [email protected] and we can have a look.
