So what is the story so far? I know a few events have taken place but not the details.

I don't think anything in particular is happening with story atm until patch 1ish. They're waiting till the game has been [roperly distribted and ppl are on a reasonable level.

Really not much.
At the events, a GM comes in and says a few lines in character. The conversation usually goes on from there in random directions. In Yrkanis, Elethar announced an upcoming tournament at the arena, but said little else we didn't already know. The events to date are mainly just filler to keep us lightly entertained until patch 1 arrives.
