Ring auto invite is not working well

I have been having a lot of trouble inviting players to my Ring Scenario. Autoinvite does not seem to work reliably. Sometimes people get in, and other times they tell me that it just returns them to the Terminal, I never see them inside the scenario.

Is the Ring disabled for new players? Or is there some other thing that can cause this? I have all options set on, and autoinvite, but it seems random who gets in and who is locked out.

Is the Ring supposed to be available now? I'm not getting any response from this support thread, and people cannot enter my Ring Scenario. Should I just give it up for now?

The ring should be working for all players at the moment - if you're having problems then please report them via the ticket system so we can look into it (though I believe that's already been done by someone, more doesn't hurt )

I filed a ticket. The problem is that I cannot invite anyone into my Ring Scenario. This makes the Ring useless. I have it set to Autoinvite, it still asks for an invite, and then does not let the person in.

If we want to sell the Ring as a benefit, it has to allow people to enter it

Contrary to my previous post, it appears that players who are "unsubscribed" cannot use the Ring at all. We're sorry for this but once the testing phase is over you should be able to resubscribe and use the Ring as normal

So you would expect that players that were active when the game went down, the "subscribers", should be able to enter the Ring? I have not been able to confirm that.

Ok, it seems that ppl who are "subscribed", can use the Ring as normal. I had a blast tonight I told the CSR Thicor to close the ticket; we understand what is happening now.
