Character half deleted?!

i have logged on after 3 years and found my toon deleted well not from the data base becuase i tryed putting in a new toon names Ganor said invalied so it exssits! and was hopeing i could trans fer Ganor from my cmmcue94 accont to my other accont dragonpimp, plz help me!!!

Could you please send a request for character restoration email to [email protected] with the details of both your accounts so we can have a look at your problem.

As with all dealings with account information your email must contain at least the following information for proof of ownership.

Full real name of account holder
Email address the account is registered to
Date of birth of the account holder
Address of account holder
Characters on the account (if known)
