Ok,

one of my biggest issues with GF, was lack of communication. And i personally believe that is one of the main causes of why we are where we are today.....

That being said the following "Offical Post": http://forums.ryzom.com/forum/showth...918#post420918
Made on October 2nd 2007, clearly states "...the servers will be shut down in less than 3 weeks at liquidator's request."

So 7 days in a week... 21 days later = October 23rd..... 7 more days later (or 4 weeks) = today... October 30th....


So seems GF cant even kill a game properly :P


What do they do right???

I wonder who's the "boss" now, GF or the liquidator?

Anywayz, closing the servers is one thing GF should NOT do right, lol.... I prefer the servers open

If this is a screw up by GF, keeping the servers up and running almost normally, then YAY!! Maybe they don't deserve all the expletives I've given them then. Whatever is going on (hopefully up for a serious buyer or two to look at) I relish the fact I can run, hunt and dig, even if it is only for a short time. This game has opened my eyes to the MMO world, and if it dies, then I will be looking for a comparable replacement, in vain, for a long time.

From my assumption.. Marjo said that if there were "not" any bids within three weeks time, the game will be taken down. Apparently there are some bidders now so I assume the liquidators are keeping it intact for the new owners to smoothly move in when the time comes. ^.^
