Flunker - Rediscover the content of your guild halls
I am taking part of the Ryzom Summer Coding Contest by creating Flunker.
Flunker is a web application displaying the content of your guild halls. The content is distributed between thematic rooms:
Each room offers its own filters and sorts depending on what it contains. The purpose is to quickly find the items you need. And for comparing two items, it is possible to display their detailed form. It is currently an alpha version, it does not offer all the features (some filters and some sorts are missing), it can have some bugs and some information are missing (they are not provided by the Ryzom API). Why do I submit Flunker ? Because I would already like to have your opinion and feedback for being able to take them in count. For testing the web site, you only need a guild API key (it is not saved on my server) and enter it here, after which you can click everywhere. Please note that after capturing your key, direct links are provided so that you can give an access to Flunker without giving your API key. If you do not have any guild API key you can use the sample Ryzon key but the use of Flunker is limited. The web site has been validated with IE 7, IE 8, Firefox 3.0, et Chrome (SW Iron) but it does not work well with Opera 9... Do not hesitate to report any problems with Safari or the english translation for example. |

1. I can see how this would be viewed as a concern where peeps might be concerned about other peeps peeking into their GH's. Or peeps creating alts to get access to a Guild API key which would then be passed around. I don't have the concern myself as the alt GH is used solely as a community Sup HA repository which is available to anyone who asks. 2. Is an "apartment flunker" far behind ? 3. Much thanks for its creation....it's certainly easier than log out / log in an alt to see what parts I have excess of and what parts I'm low on.

Only the guild leader have access to the Guild API key so making alts has no use. Anyway, personally I would only use my API keys to an official Ryzom site. |

Thanks for your answers
jared96: An "apartment flunker" may be added in a future version, I will have a closer look at it. Aeness |

Hello,
New alpha version (V0.2) available, it does not offer all the features yet, however the wardrobe, the jeweller's and the material bazaar are more useful. The access links are still the same. Changes:

Re: Flunker - Rediscover the content of your guild halls
This looks wonderful and must have been a bit of work.
I would like to ask if there is a way for someone to create an additional Tab on the Inventory Window that is specifically for TPs. It would be great to have a Tab that held nothing but TPs and it would be a lot faster to use than scrolling to the bottom of the Inventory all the time, as well as keep the clutter down. Thanks |

Hello,
What is the meaning of TP ? On Aniro, that means teleport, is it the same ? Because I don't think you can put teleports in a GH... Aeness |
