cant login character

hi im new, i made a char and did 2 starting magic quests and learned some spells. Now when i try to login the char the last section of the loading wont turn yellow.
i started a new char and it loaded fine but my first char wont load!?!?

what is the deal here? i like the game i want to pay $ to play it, but i cant load into my character.
I know im not the only one either, i finally was able to play my char last night, and in Universe chat some guy logged in an alt saying he couldnt load into his main char.
I just tried to login for the first time today and same thing the loading hangs.
What is going on? is there no customer support here?

Hi rooryz,

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Does this problem happen every time you try to log in that character? Does it happen only on that character?

So that I can take a look at what's going wrong, can you please upload a fresh client.log file? Go to the Ryzom installation folder and delete the client.log file. Then, log in and after the hang, close Ryzom and attach the newly made client.log file to a post here.

If you happen to be able to log in, close Ryzom, delete client.log and try again.
