Trouble with the new patch on my Dell, Window 7 machine any ideas on how to fix this?

I am having trouble with the new patch of Ryzom working on my Dell, Window 7 machine.

So this is the error that I am getting.

Error : Connection timeout : http://atys.ryzom.com/releasenotes_ring/index.ph and I cannot read the rest of the message because I cannot expand the box. I hope there is someone out there who is having the same trouble, and knows how to fix this, if it is fixable. Thanks much and I look forward to getting some comments here soon.

I hope that there is someone who is more tech-savy then I am and possibly knows what the problem here is.
