game tells me, "Please wait..."

Hi. Every 30 min to an hour of play time with Ryzom, a message in a little square box with a picture of a computer with a red X by it will suddenly show itself in the middle of my screen and say, "Please Wait..." then i am unable to move my character and unable to log out the game normally. I have to do ctrl, alt, delete to end the task. Then i log back into Ryzom and everythings fine again for about 30 minutes then the same thing happens all over again. Is there any solution to this? I run windows 10, with invidia 750 card, 8 gb ram, 3.2 ghz, i5
