Went ahead and downloaded the archive and organized it by year to make accessing particular magazines or code archives easier. 
Note: the Feb_09 code archive link at the time of this torrent's creation points to the Jan_O9 zip. 

Being a developer myself I have always loved Game Developer Magazine and there's a lot of wonderful information packed in these mags that should be shared. 
Hopefully this will help others in their quest to creat awesome games.
