Guild members levels

It would be nice to have an API to expose levels of each guild member.
This could be used for example to show crafting capabilities, and to use a form to search for crafter with best success rate for a specific craft
(ex: I want a heavy fyros vest plan 2 Q250 => display each crafter who can do it with his success rate)

I suppose it will be sufficient to ask to each member to give their key :)
