[DONE] Create ryzom interface in html

It doesn't really use the Ryzom API but it can be very useful to create a css that will enable everybody to create some table/div with ryzom window interface.

For example we do:

<div class="window"><h1>Aide</h1><p>Error: The page cannot be display</p></div>

Will display something like the window of the right in this screenshot:

Enhancement: manage the color of the interface depending of the ServerTick :)
