[FIXED] root markup missnamed in XML of Status

Off-topic: Well, we can discuss, ask for help, give suggestion, or show our work with the API, but we don't have any place to report bugs, so I will report this one here.

On-topic:
There is a small bug with the XML returned by the Status request (example : http://atys.ryzom.com/api/status.php?format=xml)

The root markup is named <ryzom_time>. In fact, it must be something like <ryzom_status>.

In the same idea, maybe it can be good to rename the root markup of the Character to <ryzom_character>, and the root markup of the Title to <ryzom_title>.

In fact, I removed ryzom since it's obvious that it's ryzom and changed to

shard_time and shard_status
